Due to high order volumes, please allow 2–3 weeks for processing and shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to fulfill every order with care.

Please note that all sales are final — we do not offer exchanges or returns. Before ordering, ensure that you measure your waist accurately and select the correct size. Our waist trainers are made with 100% latex material, so please do not size down. If you’re unsure which size to choose, email us before purchasing — we’ll gladly help you find your perfect fit.
📦 Shipping Timeframes
Please note that holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may cause delays in delivery times.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order includes an item on pre-order or back-order, we will ship all available items immediately and send the remaining item(s) as soon as they become available. If you receive part of your order first, don’t worry — the rest will arrive shortly after.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or text message with your tracking ID and a link to follow your package’s journey.
Please allow 1–3 working days for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.
⚠️ Wrong Address Disclaimer
