Best for:

-Shorter torso / high waist
-If regular trainers dig into boobs or hips
Long Torso Trainer (16 Hooks)
Length: ~ 25 cm or more
Best for:
-Heights 5'4"+
-Longer torso
-More lower belly + back coverage

-Use mild, neutral detergent
-Wash in water under 86°F (30°C)
-Hand wash only
-Hang dry — no wringing, tumble drying, or direct sunlight
-Gently clean using a soft towel or brush
